If there is no solution for my exact file yet, it means it has not been made yet — that is not a fault of the software and not a ground for a refund or chargeback. I can check my own file first with the Real Software Test (9.99 EUR) before buying. €9.99 for the first 7 days, then Monthly Unlimited starts automatically at €100.99/month unless you cancel — your first monthly invoice is €91.00 because the €9.99 comes off it. Payment card required. Cancel anytime in one click. • I must pick the file that matches my own SW/HW number. Choosing a different software version is my responsibility. • Read types are not interchangeable. OBD, BDM and Bootmode reads are different: an OBD read cannot be written by BDM, although a BDM read can be written by OBD. • "Original" means the original flash/program data for that car and ECU — it does not mean the file is virgin or untouched.

EU Digital Content & Services Consent. I expressly request that DaVinci Deluxe · Cloud Edition begin immediate performance and give me immediate access to the digital content and services in my order (software, subscription, tokens, credits, DAMOS files and/or API access). I acknowledge that once performance begins — download, activation, or first use — I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) and, for services supplied over a period, Article 16(a) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ECU Damage Risk — My Own Responsibility. I understand that ECU tuning is carried out by me, and that a bricked or damaged ECU, a no-start or a limp/fault mode is an inherent, disclosed risk of the activity itself, is my own responsibility, is NOT a defect of the software and is never a ground for a refund or chargeback, exactly as disclosed at ecu-brick-risk.html.
